Welcome to the Frontier still broken

I am still unable to play the full DLC because the rewards do not load in at the end of this mission. It has been too long for this to still be an issue. I have followed Bungies tips to get it to work, I have reset my router, uninstalled and reinstalled both Steam and Destiny. I have verified the game files 50 times, played the mission 50 times, restarted the game 1000 times, followed the tips from other players who had the same issue and waited for update after update. Nothing works. What do I have to do to get the DLC I paid for to work????????????????
