zero quests working help needed
for some reason any time i try and start a quest i get the message “you are unable to launch the selected quest at this time” with the launch button greyed out. all co ops like gambit etc work but literally no quests at all. even if i track them and go through my director, still nothing. i tried clearing quests, even deleted and reinstalled the game. nothing has helped and its been like two weeks now. all suggestions are appreciated

For example: 'Essense of Anguish' doesn't have the launch button enabled as the step is telling me to complete 3 bounties from Eris Morn. So I'd launch the moon and pick up the bounties for this one from Eris. 'The Edge of Fate' introduction quest also doesn't have the launch button enabled despite the step being 'The Invitation completed' but you launch into that mission manually via the Portal.
