Unable to Place Lost Ghost on Tharsis.
I picked up all 18 lost ghost for the renegades triumph and shader but I am not able to place the ghost in the ghost apt on Tharsis. The ghost for forged matrix totality was available for pick up during the pikers job and I believe this is the one that I am not able to place. I went through twice with a guide to try and locate all ghosts again and none show up during any of the rotations.
