Alter of Reflection Quest Bug - Can't Progress - Missing Add
Old content but....
There are many people trying to complete Edge of Whatever Glaive exotic quests and can't because 2nd Archivist in the Altar of Reflection quest step never spawns.
As a result, Witch's Eye never opens. Fight never starts.
Please fix so people don't keep wasting their time.
