Upgrading Tiers?
Didn't bungie say we were going to be able to upgrade tier 1 loot to tier 5, what happen with this, spring thing or something?

Supposedly in the next major update, but….lots of creators complained about this feature, similar to crafting, so Bungie has been silent about this.
