Warlock Rift Bugged
Warlock rift ability is randomly not deploying but consuming the entire ability charge after the animation. It's inconsistent and can be really annoying in modes like pvp where you might need it.

Seen cases lately where the mechanic gets done and the rift didnt deploy..but I still had the class energy. Mainly in PVE, haven't seen what you mention. They like videos so capture it next time.
