Unlink a hackers account
Somebody gained access to my account and added an Epic games account without my knowledge. I have updated all passwords but my characters keep being deleted. It happened 2 times now. Is there any way Bungie can assist on this matter as this is not on error. I can prove I am the owner of the account. I have over 6000 hours in the game and I dont want to stop playing this game 😢. Please help…

3 RepliesHi there! As of March 25th, it is no longer possible to unlink any platform account from any Bungie.net profile. Before this date, in order to remove any platform account from Bungie.net profiles, you must be able to authenticate the account. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized.
