I cant unlink in inaccessable account from my cross-save and it does not allow me to play the game with all of the things i have already unlocked
So i've been trying to play this game and pick it back up after 9 months of not playing because of some life events and now when im trying to play through my epic account that is linked to my bungie it does not allow me because of some old inaccessible and deleted email and steam account that is linked to my cross-save, while i don't plan to play through steam my characters aren't transferring over BECAUSE of the old steam account and it not allowing me to continue setting up my cross-save again after i waited the alloted time after i disabled it to unlink and now it says i cant even do that, cant access my characters because it wants me to verify something that doesn't exist anymore. Any help would be much appreciated. I love this game and the memories that i made as a kid playing the original and playing with family and people who were really influential to my development so if i could get help that would be great! there is also no ticket inquiry for any cross-save issue so i cant even request a ticket to resolve this directly

1 ReplyYou will need to work with Steam support to recover access to the account. Cross Save cannot be activated without authenticating ALL linked accounts, and platform accounts cannot be unlinked after March 25th. There are no workarounds.
