Severe Stuttering and Frame Drops
Hi Bungie,
As of the update on the 24th December (23rd Dec in USA as I am in AUS) I have been experiencing severe frame drops.
Usually I can play at around 80-90fps on low settings at 1080p however as of the latest weekly reset update, every 5 seconds or so I drop down to 25-30fps and the game takes a while to register my actions and return to my usual framerate. I haven't had any issues since final shape and was really surprised by this. Any fixes/help or advice would be much appreciated so I can return to my solo witness attempts!
PC (Laptop Specs)- RTX 3050, i7-12700H, 32GB RAM.

Copy pasting my reply to another person here, I didn't realize I was replying to them and not this post... doh! Google how to completely remove XBOX game overlay from your system. I outlined what it was doing to mine here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/265130875?sort=0&page=0 Just google how to remove it via command line, then how to disable 'Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter' via registry edit. See if that helps you guys out at all, it made a HUGE difference on my system (running liquid cooled 4090 suprim, I should NEVER see an FPS drop in a game like D2, but I was getting horrible stuttering and eventually GPU driver crashes because of the XBOX gamebar failed API calls) Hopefully this will get you sorted out. If you try it, let me know if it works for you.
