Altar reflect: catalyst quest softlock
In the altar-reflect: catalyst mission on savathun’s throne world, there is a softlock on the witch’s eye: keeper of memory boss where the shrieked never opens. i’ve tried restarting many times and no matter what the shrieker never opens. this issue appears to have been occurring for many people since renegades launched. a video of the bug is attached. please resolve this, it keeps you from finishing the exotic glaive quest, which is one of the last exotics i need.

Bungie are aware, but there is no ETA on when they'll fix it. Given that its the holidays - the earliest update that could fix it won't be until next year when they return to the offices.
