Okay so I first started playing renegades on my titan and I got a couple of exotic engrams to drop which fit normal/lucky. But when i started playing on my warlock and hunter they seemed to have just disappeared completely i feel im experiencing a issue and it doesn't feel like a bad luck issue i feel like there's a bug or something affecting the normal drop rate of when exotic engrams can drop for you.
