Gizmo Weft not dropping
I had about 50-60 Dawning drops so far and not seen Gizmo once. Must it be unlocked somehow or does it come in at a later stage of the event?
Or did Bungie just lower the drop rate for the most interesting weapon to 0.0001%??

well is not a dawning weapon so is a rare drop

Not a dawning weapon. It dropping now is like a trailer for the movie that's coming.

I got three of them opening the Dawning gifts. I don't know the drop rate.

It is in the loot pool as a tease. Farming for it and a shiny version will be best when call to arms returns. Until then it’s just a little extra that can drop every now and then.

Got mine from trials. Slide shot + Chain reaction very solid!

5 RepliesDefinitely has a separate drop rate. My only two drops of it were from opening the gifts from delivering cookies.
