Fire and Ice mission spawns are garbage. They spawn you too far away which waste time. Also, more importantly, 3 of us were doing a Catalyst run. One of our members died right when we killed the final boss. The game then revived them OUTSIDE of the loot room and they were unable to acquire the Hyper Blade catalyst. Incredibly frustrating as instead of doing the next catalyst steps, we have to do Hyper Blade run again. Bungie, please fix this.
