Now that Ursa's getting buffed next season, figured I'd draw some attention to this. [b]Ursa Furiosa was stealth nerfed/bugged/broken with the Edge of Fate stat rework.[/b] Ursa Furiosa used to refund 50% grenade charge when you blocked enough damage, meaning you could get your full grenade back instantly [i](since releasing Unbreakable uses 50%, you get the 50% back and boom ready to go again)[/i]. After the stat rework (even at 100 grenade stat) you only ever get about 30% back, meaning you have to wait 10+ seconds before the next usage. [b]This severely hampers the exotic and hamstrings the whole purpose of Ursa Furiosa's rework a while back.[/b] This happened on Edge of Fate release, I assume because of interactions with the new Grenade stat scalars. Ursa Furiosa was never mentioned in patch notes as an intended nerf, and I haven't seen anyone mention it [i](prob bc no one uses Unbreakable lol)[/i].
