I really don't care what YOU said the chances are and what YOU said YOUR testing concluded... because my testing of 12 focused exotic engrams with a paragon ghost mod resulted in 3 paragon pieces. 25% chance to get the major stat tuning I want when specifically focusing it? Putting on this ghost mod should AT LEAST mean you have a 50% chance of getting that major stat tuning. That is arguably still not a high enough chance - considering that still does not guarantee you will get the tertiary stat tuning you want. At least with the Armor 2.0 system, you were GUARANTEED to get high stat in the one stat you focused on your ghost shell. We have since gone backwards with EOF and you are less likely to get what you want.
