Urgent Help Needed: PC Black Screen & Crash in Destiny 2 PVE with AMD 5700 XT (Driver 25.9.1)

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a critical PC crash while playing Destiny 2 and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot it. Here are my system details and the problem description: GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU Driver Version: Adrenalin 25.9.1 Game: Destiny 2 Issue: Sudden Black Screen, System Freeze, and forced reboot required. Problem Description: Since the game update in the early hours of Wednesday morning, my PC has started crashing under a specific condition. When I launch a matchmade PVE activity and load into the map, my system will run for a few minutes before the screens suddenly go black, displaying "No Signal." The entire system becomes completely unresponsive—no sound, no keyboard response (Caps Lock doesn't work)—forcing me to perform a hard reboot by holding the power button. Key Points: The crash has a high probability of occurring in matchmade PVE activities, shortly after spawning into the map. I can be in orbit, the Tower, or even non-matchmade activities without any issues. This problem occurs frequently in matchmade PVE activities, making normal gameplay impossible. I have not made any recent changes to my hardware or system settings outside of the weekly Destiny 2 update. This issue started immediately after that patch. Has anyone else with a similar setup encountered this? Any suggestions on potential fixes would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for help with driver rollback instructions, in-game setting changes, or any other solutions you might know of. Thank you in advance for your help!

Create a DXDiag report (press Windows + R, type dxdiag in the Run box, and click OK. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click "Save All Information..." and save the resulting .txt file to a location like your desktop) and upload it to a site like https://pastebin.com and link it here. P.S. better move this thread to #help
