Visual Bug with Zavala
Uninteresting but unintended.
Goto Zavala.
Open Weekly Vanguard Arms Rewards.
Inspect any item (weapon or armor).
Dismiss back to main Zavala screen where you choose between Weekly Rewards and Legacy Gear.
Wait a few seconds.
Weekly Vanguard Arms Rewards is now open to the right of Zavala instead of its own menu.

Same thing can be done to Xur and Rahool. Looks to be a fallback if it cant re-render the correct menu.
