Score thresholds have been locked and also slightly lowered to account for the multipliers being higher for lower level players.
This means it is no longer possible to be pushed out of a percentile.

They already guaranteed free to play wouldn’t get an emblem and few will get the helmet.

2 RepliesYea it kinda defeats the whole 1% thing but like always enough people cried and Bungie catered to the casuals. Same casuals that swear Bungie doesn’t cater to them…
-
The crybabies win again.
-
8 Repliesif they are going to post that on X, why not post/pin it here on their own forums as well???? LOL do we even have a 'community manager' anymore?
-
1 ReplyIm happy with this i went from 150ish up to 950 lol..no need to even stress out about this event anymore this is how it should have been from the start...set 1% score
-
1 ReplyLuckily I got enough points for the helmet so no more sweaty grinding for me. I don’t care about them emblem for 300 points.
-
1 ReplyI checked my Placement Points, back at 1% due to my Salt Mines score.
-
13 RepliesThank god. My crucible score is literally saving me right now 😭
-
5 RepliesYup back to the chase still trying to do better in the Salt Mines... I have 1%, just for me.... I got a 3 min run today but the HvT teleported.

This is very good news, managed to hold top 1% for salt mines, crucible, and heliostat prior to this updated info, at 1000+ with gold for proving grounds and gold for coil. Glad Bungie decided to put a score threshold to allow players to no longer get thrown out of a tier, this will allow those who have met the scores to chill out and enjoy their time with destiny, and for those who need to get at least one top spot a chance to do so. GG Bungie thank you for listening to the player feedback and hope going forward you use this for future implementations in events like this.

Thanks Bore. Everyone else here is the info: Welcome to the second week of Call to Arms! Based on your feedback, we've deployed the following changes to the event. - Score thresholds for all activities have been adjusted (numbers abbreviated for readability). -- Salt Mines - Top 1%: 3.371M, Top 10%: 2.405M -- Crucible - Top 1%: 13518, Top 10%: 12327 -- The Coil - Top 1%: 2.910M, Top 10%: 2.431M -- Heliostat - Top 1%: 2.912M, Top 10%: 2.448M -- Proving Grounds - Top 1%: 2.972M, Top 10%: 2.437M - Score thresholds below Top 10% have also been adjusted to further open up eligibility for the shader and transmat rewards. - The PvE changes are designed to protect the challenge of claiming the event's top emblem reward but we also feel it's necessary to address the 550 Power players that have been adversely affected by lower score bugs introduced alongside our Power equalization changes. - The PvP change is designed to address the several reports we're seeing of players coming in just a few points short after completing very high scoring games. We want to open this pool up slightly to encompass these players. - To prevent further impact of the Power changes, the Call to Arms score thresholds have now been locked.

The day after I get into top 1% for Crucible. Typical. I'm mad at myself for wasting an hour in Crucible with headphones on (normally I watch tv while I play). Good for the community though. Now they can actually achieve a reward, rather than having it taken away a few hours after they squeaked by. Having rewards based on percentiles is great for the community, but Bungie botched this "event." BUT, this current crap is the bare bones structure for a good idea. -
10 RepliesLooks like everyone gets the helm now?
-
Went from 170 to 960 lol
-
i guess i’ll finish the event but this whole event would’ve been better at the start of ash & iron. 😭
-
Guess they got enough flack and saved face.

1 ReplyEdited by WinterSolstice: 11/18/2025 11:10:16 PMHilarious. 8 hours ago I mentioned they'd either remove the bonus or score lock early. Looks like they went with lock.

1 Replyi can’t get the helmet i’m stuck at 71 points 71 points should’ve been the helmet :(
-
2 RepliesAnd all the cry babies get there way as usual. Good job bungo

6 RepliesAre you sure? In game it still says « Rewards locks in 3 days »

Fair play to Bungie then. Seems the best solution considering the mess made with scoring and changes in the first week. Was never a level playing field. GG Bungie, have some silver.

9 RepliesEdited by viiTactiiCZz: 11/18/2025 8:15:35 PMWondered how long it would take them to do that with how high they had gotten / poor HVT RNG spawns / poor score change earlier.

Great compromise, especially figuring scores were going to keep getting higher before Friday. Sucks the points it says for each tier in game aren't the points we get. It's cool, will shoot for top 1% in an activity to get the emblem.

Edited by Jeidd: 11/19/2025 1:16:29 AMGonna try and get 1% on salt mines today and then maybe boost the rest of my scores to 10%. Edit: got 1% in salt mines :D now I’m free from this event.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven’t logged in yet today, I’m afraid to see where I fell over night :)
