Is this a glitch?
I'm so confused what this event is
So guessing it's not cumulative points
Thought it was just stacking high scores but nope now my points are somehow going down.
F this event if it's this glitchy.

1 ReplyWhen you post a personal best High Score for a Call to Arms Activity, that score is compared to the respective High Scores of every other player that has completed that same Activity. Based on what Percentile Bracket your High Score falls into, you are tentatively assigned a number of Event Points. Your Percentile Bracket for each Activity is based only upon the highest score you have set; they are not cumulative over every completion. Once you set a High Score however you cannot rest on your laurels because the Percentile Brackets for your High Scores (and the Event Points they award) are not yet set in stone. Any time a player posts a new personal best for a given Activity, that changes the Scoring Average: if enough players post High Scores greater than your own, the Average can shift far enough that your High Scores may fall to a lower Percentile Bracket, resulting in a reduction of expected Event Points. At three days from the end of the Event the Percentile Brackets for each Activity will be locked based upon the High Scores set by the community up to that point: any improved personal best Scores posted from then on will no longer affect the overall Average for a given Activity, meaning your own scores will no longer be at risk of being bumped down to lower Percentile Brackets. You will however have the opportunity at that point to bump yourself up into higher Percentile Brackets for each Activity (thus earning more Event Points) by posting higher personal best High Scores as the locking of the Percentile Brackets will give you firm, unchanging scores to aim for.
