@BUNGIEHELP HIGH VALUE TARGET SPAWN RATE ( UPVOTE )
Hi guys listen I'm sorry but is there a way to maybe up the spawn rate for the high value target to appear ??? Because it's extremely frustrating getting all the points needed and no high value target spawning for hours on end. I literally had it spawn 1 time since the call to arms event started. Please look into this thank u. High value target for salt mines.
