You said you wouldn’t nerf things without necessity, and..
Then you nerf clusters and rocket pulses for no reason. Just let the players enjoy it. Once pulses are no longer champion stun, usage will naturally decline. STOP NERFING AS A REACTION TO EVERYTHING
