Impossable to get top 1% in salt mines
I am doing under 5 minute runs, and have never had a High Value Target spawn, not once.
Its just a big waste of time when the only way to get the top score is relying on RNG for a target to spawn.
Also I'm 550, If I was 400 I would get better score.
Fix The HVT spawn.
