Always North Shader
Hello- I've been a D2 player since day 1 and bought every expansion. I notice this shader isn't on my account. I've purchased every expansion and wonder if it got lost in my transition from Xbox to Steam (which only happened about a year ago). Can my account be reviewed to ensure it wasn't lost? Thanks for the attention.

The shader may only appear if you have the addon installed for it, which would mean it wouldn't appear on Steam but would on Xbox. Do you still have your Xbox? if so, check first that you have the annual pass addon - if you do then load into D2 and check collections; if it appears there then check Steam - if it doesn't appear there then you'll have your answer. If you don't have the Annual Pass addon then check your purchase history to see if you should have it and contact MS support if that's the case.
