Call To Arms Still Favors Power Level Over Skill

Recently tried to return to the game during the event at a more casual pace as I don't feel my time previously was respected. I've tried the Salt Mines post-patch and the highest score I've been able to get is 2,228,537 Points. This is on Master with: Caltrops (+2), Difficult Stasis Threat (+4), Grounded (+4), Blasts (+4), Battlefield Promotion (+4) Burst Weapons Only (+5), No Starting Ammo (+2) Close Danger Trade-Off (+4) As far as I'm aware, there are no more modifiers (at this difficulty) I can take on to boost the score and I've finished with 1:55 left on the clock. Is there anything I can do that I'm not thinking of for a better score? This is being done on Master Mode. The only reason I can think of as to why I cannot break past 10% is due to the fact I have less Activity Modifiers available than Grandmaster/Ultimate has. Unfortunately, as I've just returned I'm only 340 Power so Grandmaster has me dealing 3 damage to the body per bullet with a pulse on red bars. It feels like the event is still based off of Power Level but I guess being hard-capped at Tier 3 on the event is better than being hard-capped at Tier 1.
