Still not unmanned after 10 months?
Hi,
I made a unban request 10 months ago and have responded to it 2 times, it's related with background software mostlikely and I put wayy to much time in this game I'm just really upset because the request stays on open and doesn't even get read, no replies, nothing. Is there anyway it could still get read by an employee ?

1 ReplyHey there, Bungie are leaving the tickets open once they are reviewed, likely to catch repeat tickets (which are not allowed and are just ignored). As mentioned on the appeal page, there is no guarantee of a response, Bungie will only respond if they intend to overturn the ban or require further info. If neither happen within 4-6 weeks, then it can be assumed that the ban is being upheld, which seems to be what has happened in your case. The forum is otherwise unable to assist with ban appeals.
