Where is the super black shader?
I was not around during the into the light update and th previous FOTL where the super black shader was obtainable. I was hoping this FOTL 2025 it would be available again. To my disappointment it is not. Can anyone tell me if it will be available during FOTL (maybe on Halloween?) or when/if it will be available in the future?

Only Bungie knows, and they don't tell us until they want to release it.

4 RepliesSuperblack was not from the Lost event. It was from the event where they introduced Onslaught. Destiny 2: Into the Light was a free content update that ran from April 9 to June 4, 2024, to bridge the gap between the "Season of the Wish" and "The Final Shape" expansion. It added the new Onslaught PvE activity, reprised popular "Brave" weapons, brought back two classic Exotic missions, and provided new cosmetic and character customization options New Cosmetics: The update introduced new armor sets, emblems, and the popular "Super Black" shader. Superblack was only available during this event, as you had to unlock it to obtain it.

Yes the memento is all black, but it and superblack are 2 entirely different shaders.

Great, the shader would have been the only reason for me to play the event. Will stick to playing Hades 2 instead. Good job as always Bungie! Sorry for the whining.

Was looking forward to this week mainly for the shader. Won't be surprised if Bungie tried to sneak in the shader for silver later
