You have to pull the emergency break and remove the Portal. Otherwise, with the current decline rate (if those numbers are accurate), the game will be dead before Renegades goes even live. With around 95% of the game content being irrelevant due to the Portal selection, there is no way you can keep running this. It's time to stop.
