Will we ever see more face customization options?
With our guardians' faces showing up in more and more cutscenes, I think it would be really cool to have more options to customize them. More hair, tones, markings and presets would be awesome. Even just opening every race/gender's options for use on the others would be fine.
It would also be nice to be able to have my helmet off anywhere. There could even be more cosmetics available for your actual face. I'd pay for that!
And then one last thing, since every race has the same voice actor now, a pitch option would be useful and I think easy to add. My Awoken's voice is way too deep lol. But this is probably the least likely to be added.

2 RepliesMy og Titan face was awesome. Had the older square jaw with the scarred face and blind eye with grey hair. Looked like a grizzled veteran. When they changed it it was a young face with a yellow face tat… Whoever is in charge of this aspect seems inept.

I've had the exact character face since D1 and of all the issues in game this was the least concerning to me,

Tfw there’s a bearded Titan on the original D2 box art…[b][i]AND WE STILL HAVE NO FACIAL HAIR OPTIONS.[/i][/b] Heck, I still want beefy female Titans, eyepatches, scars, many more hair options, and of course [i]helmets off in combat zones. [/i] I know we’ll never get those in D2, and it would take an act of a loving and merciful Traveler to get a D3 that isn’t trash on launch with more customization options.

Took us years just to get the option to change our appearance, I doubt we're gonna get extra customization options anytime soon. Especially considering the cluster going on with everything going wrong at Bungie right now.

Are ya kidding ? You know what’s been going on with Bungie right ?! D2 will crawl till the end ! Maybe in the future d3 could have that feature 🤷🏼♂️

Bungie won't even allow us to change our characters origin/race. They'll let use change the look of our characters hair, war paint, eye color etc. But, not the origin, which is what people actually care about. Adding voice customization options, that will never happen. Unless they can monetize it, I don't see it happening.

With ALL the other issues D2 has, character customization is not even close to the top of my wish list. Not even in the top 10 or 20 places. This would be a Huge waste of dev time and effort considering the lack luster releases of late.

It took them 10 years to even develop the ability for minor cosmetic changes Do you think they are going to add more complex changes with a downsized dev team and budget I hope so, but I'm not holding my breath
