Strangely, the hand has a crumpled and crooked party hat dangling from around the wrist. It reaches to delicately take the leather-bound tube from the trembling gnome. With a snap, the hand disappears back behind the door. The gnome sneezes. For some reason, it can suddenly smell pool water and pizza?![/spoiler]
