I got pulled into doing a mission I hadn't unlocked yet and opened a prismatic chest and got nothing. I backed out after noticing and caught up to that point of the story and did the mission again, but solo this time, when I got to the point where the chest was before there was nothing where the chest was supposed to be. I've restarted the game as well as replayed the mission once more and still no chest.
