Lethal Abundance Auto Rifle Purchase Bugged?
Reached Rank 4 Iron Banner and went to purchase the Keep Away and Target Lock Lethal Abundance Auto Rifle. Instead, it purchased with Elemental Capacitor and Collective Action.
Is this a bug or something that can be fixed in game?

Thursday changes rolls on some vendors.

I can't give the reason because I honestly don't know but I think the perks on the rifle were changed around the time IB was switched to Control.

iirc the roll changed on Thursday to Elemental + Collective. To get keep away + target lock you'll need to focus the weapon at Saladin or hop it drops from engrams/post game.
