Vigilance wing catalyst drop rate
Is there someone of Bungie's team who Can be able to explain me why, After many hundred hours in PvP , i still dont have this catalyst ??
What am i supposed to do ?
I should be around 500 h of PvP !

Purely anecdotal, but I find after clearing up a few catalysts I have a much better drop rate when it comes to catalyst drops.
