Can't Rank Up Guardian from Level 7 to Level 8
I've completed all Week 1 Challenges from the newest season. The requirements to reach rank 8 include one challenge that requires the entire season's weekly challenges to be completed. In other words, one requirement to reach level 8 in season 22 requires you to complete all 72 challenges for all 10 weeks. However, we're only in week 1 with 6 or 7 challenges available.
The seasonal challenge that cannot be completed to reach rank 8 is called Hocus Focus.

There aren't enough challenges this week to reach Rank 8, we have to wait until next week to finish the 8th one. The 'Hocus Focus' challenge can't be completed until near the end of the season.

Edit: Do you mean the one called 'Seasonal Challenges'? You just need to wait until next week for more. The 'all challenge' 4k Bright Dust challenge clearly can't be completed in Week 1, true. But that is not in any way locking Rank 8 behind all challenges, you only need 8, 7 can be done this week and another next week.
