Into the Depths Quest Not showing up

I Completed the intro quest and talked to Sloan I received the seasonal artifact but not the “Into The Depths” Quest. How can I obtain the quest now?

Same problem here :( Did the intro but i never recieved the quest. I am using a Titan and I havent found a clear fix yet.
