Just want a toggle for my hood as a hunter
Pretty simple and minor thing to ask for, I just really want to be able to toggle my hood up or down for my hunter.

I want to toggle capes on or off. [spoiler]also yeah i know there's a cloak with no hood, but just like OP is implying i want more options.[/spoiler]

Yea and normal chest for lock same as possibility for titan to disable class item also. Good point!
