Contender Cards will be tied to the core activities, such as Gambit, Strikes and Crucible. Once you've done enough tasks, you will complete your card and will be able to bank it, in a fashion similar to the medals from the last year. The same goes for Platinum Cards but these will be tied to Trials of Osiris and Nightfalls. (Keep any GG triumphs until this step & turn them in for medals) [b]As for the[/b] [b]catalyst[/b] Here are the [b]rumoured[/b]/[b]reported[/b] requirements: Seems they are Steps 1-4 [b]Step1[/b]: Earn (50) points by obtaining medals. Higher tier medals are worth more points [b]Step2[/b]: Complete (3) Contender Cards (these are purchased from Eva and have objectives for different activities, Trials, Nightfalls, Strikes, Gambit and Crucible) [b]Step3[/b]: Collect (90) Competitive Spirit by getting kills (Combatants or Guardians) with Machine Guns in the [b]Daily Focus playlist.[/b] (Today’s is strikes?)
