Blue gear drops with Power higher than total maximum
See attached pic. My total maximum is 1287. So, any new gear except Powerful and Pinnacle have 1287 Power or less. Powerful and Pinnacle have more than 1287. But at the same time I got blue gear (which is never powerful or pinnacle) with Power 1288.

4 RepliesAny blue gear/legendary gear that drops randomly has a chance to be -4,-3,-2,-1,0,+1 to your average power. At least up until you reach the powerful cap for the season.
