lost masterworked gear, and now unobttainable holdfast cloak. i wanted to make a new character so i put the items into the vault without any 3rd party app. after completing the tutorial, i went back to the vault and the items were gone. if this is a bug, please fix. this is severely frustrating and i want my stuff back
