Apparatus Belli emblem not unlocking
I have
-Unlocked all 4 Ikelos Weapons (5 if counting Sleeper Simulant)
-Equipped them all
-Killed with each one of them
-Used the IKELOS Imperative emblem
-Stored and Reacquired the IKELOS Imperative emblem
and nothing happens. The Apparatus Belli emblem is not unlocking
I have attached an imgur link with screenshots of my Ikelos weapons in my collection and the emblem not being unlocked.

The smg you have in your collections is v102, the one you get from Umbral engrams. You need v101 which you get from EP
