Spawn-In Glitch
I've mainly noticed this in PvP but 1 in 4 times my characters will be held in the air, stuck, in the spawn-in animation for about 10 seconds.

Yes, this is a known bug in PVP and Gambit. It can happen when you die with a Power Weapon in hand. Bungie knows this as it’s on the “known issues” list
