Why can't I see my character on my account?
When I try to Cross Save my profile on my Bungie account, Bungie tells me 'This Xbox Live account does not have any characters'. And yet when I go onto my Xbox Live account, there is record of my character/achievements etc.
Is this a fault? Or is it because my account is on an Xbox 360, rather than an Xbox One?
