Ada-1 not accepting final lost souvenir quest?
Hi,
I've just finished the four forges with full armour/weapons equipped in the Lost Souvenir quest. The final step is to talk to Ada, however when I approach Ada, it brings up the normal menu. I've already got Izanagi's Burden, it's the quest you receive after this.
I'm playing on PC/Steam and it's on my Titan.

1 Replyi had this issue when i done it was in a fireteam at the time but as soon as i left fireteam and approached her it worked dont know if thats the case for you or not but might be worth a try
