Ever since the steam move and sandbox changes pvp has been annoying in so many ways. The most vexing issue is the huge increase in players clicking to fire and their shots never go off, almost always resulting in them dying. I've seen it in quite a few YouTubers videos and constant see in chat that peoples shots don't go off and of course experience it myself, so it's obviously a widespread problem. Is Bungie even addressing this?
