Empyrean Cartographer Robes glow broken?
The top of the robes have a very visible glow, noticeable on both the constellation lines and stars. The bottom of the robes seem dull or missing in comparison. Is this the intentional design or is this broken? Hunter Empyrean Cartographer ornaments for example have a very noticeable and bright glow all the way around.
