Redeeming a code for a Title/Seal Medallion.

I got the Cursebreaker title and I wanted to buy the IRL Medallion from the Bungie Reward page but I don't have the code available to redeem. Is there any way to get the code sent to me so that I may buy it before September 30th?

Hi there,
This special Bungie Reward offer is only available to players who earn the title Cursebreaker in Destiny 2: Forsaken by completing the Dreaming City Seal Triumphs. The code for this offer must be claimed from the Bungie Rewards page by 08/31/19 11:59PM PST.
Unfortunately you must have completed the Title and generated a code prior to 8/31 in order to purchase the pin.
