Bug?
Every time I go to collect a powerful engram I keep getting the same exact thing, 335 Shinobu's Vow and its getting annoying. I can't reach max power level because nothing else is upped by the powerful engram's.

It’s not an actual bug, just the terrible exotic repetition problem. All I ever get is the Graviton Forfeit helmet.
