I know this has been an ongoing issue for hundreds of players, However, I think most of us would agree that pre-ordering this "DLC" and not receiving the spark of light is absurd. I mean, first of all, the price of the DLC and we don't recieve what we're actually buying? the dlc is pretty small, there isn't a lot to do for the price (you could buy a different game for the same price and have hours more fun), now I'm not saying I'm not a lover of the game, I am. But, I did pre-order and hope for a spark of light. There is no way to contact bungie about it, I had the level 25 spark and I used it, but my character was deleted. But I didn't recieve the level 40 one. Is there any true way to get it? because it seems almost impossible to contact bungie. Thanks.
