I do have the 2.4.1 patch. I just ranked up with two factions and only got 385 and 386 guns with my 387 titan. I also only got a 386 gun when having an exotic engram decrypted with my 387 titan. Since you could get gear up to 388 light before today's update at least when decrypting exotic engrams, I am a bit confused now where you can actually get loot up to 400 light. Raid is clear, but what about factions and cryptarch? Any pointers? Edit: I just read the light cap will only actually be increased when the hard mode raid is released. How mothereffin stupid is that, again? Again? Bungie. Sigh. /facepalm
