Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

I played this on Xbox 360 & Xbox One mostly times but now this error code appeared when I was trying to sign in to it! I hope you doing alright bungie because I really want to play this game. 12 RepliesHey bungie i talked to a lawyer and it turns out you could be looking at a billion dollar lawsuit that could result in your company going out of business because we as a customer are obligated to recieving satisfaction when we purchased your product and as it stands you have FAILED to do so by intentionally ignoring and making FALSE statements about the problem being fixed and its evident that you NEVER identified the problem because there NEVER was a problem you just shut down the servers untill after you get back from your vacation to douch fest so have fun trying to explain you actions to a judge

Tapir error code is more persistent than the game. I upgraded on 03sep2016 from ps3 to ps4 console and got a Tapir error code. On 04sep2016 I upgraded from Taken King ps3 to Taken King ps4 and got Tapir error code. Now on 05sep2016 the Tapir error code persist. Poor customer service. You have forced ps3 customers to the ps4 to continue the destiny adventure. Please improve your customer service and maybe give your customer something special for this delay and inconvience.
