Who's playing No Man's Sky then?
As a tribute to Destiny, I just had to name my first planet after the first strike we all did ....
Sepiks Prime.
Located in Ceti Alpha One. Tough first planet, very, very cold at night, -75. Abundant in Flora and Fauna which helps.
What are you naming your discoveries and if so do you have a theme or just keeping it random.

debating on getting it for pc. it looks very similar to the solus project on xbox.

I found a straight up sith system. The system has 3 planets, all lifeless. The atmosphere is dark red with black land. There were some intense looking warships hovering above the planets that looked different than trade freighters. The sentinels are extremely aggressive and would attack me on site, even if I did nothing. I'm tempted to go back and see what there protecting cause there was no life on any of these planets just aggressive sentinels and hostile atmospheres.

My first system I named pretty haphazardly just for fun. I'm going with themes now. My 2nd one will be fully named after things from a cult classic movie. Not telling you which one though. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to find it.

My first planet was pretty brutal, -45 in the day, -75 at night, and 8 tox. Made me learn how to survive pretty quick.

2 RepliesMine was normal temperature but heavily radiated. Lots of materials I needed except heridium. Had to walk 17 minutes to a heridium pillar and 17 minutes back. I called that planet "Annoying"
